I found this place Dealer Direct from a billboard I saw going home one day. I knew my car needed to be looked at mainly the axles but didn't really have the $ to spend on an estimate and then be told it would cost thousands to fix. I want my Honda to last forever but I can't break the bank doing it. I called them up and wanted to get some quotes over the phone. When he told me the estimate was free I headed right down there. I figured what could it hurt I didn't have to get it fixed I could just see what the problem was and worry about it later. I sat in the waiting room which by the way was as clean as a doctors office for about half an hour. He came back in sat down with me and went over in detail what it needed how much each part was and how much labor was for each of those parts. He then went on to offer me discounts on labor by getting it all fixed at once. The quote was half what I thought it would be. They got me fixed up in a cheap rental car I didn't mind paying since the price of fixing car was so much cheaper then everyone else. They had it back to me in 2 days. I just can't say enough good things about these guys. I have had my car back for 3 weeks now and not a single problem or issue. I really appreciate the hard work and great customer service. I will be telling friends and family to go see you guys!
