Dealer Direct Satisfaction 7/6/2010

I am an adminstrator at the school next door to Dealer Direct on East Colonial. They are great neighbors. i got to know them when Bruce Lapina came over to the shool to meet me and asked whether I would advertise their services to our staff and students. I did so and it became the beginning of a good friendship. I have taken my car in for tune ups on a regular basis with good success. Recently, Chris and Marc Robbins took great care of my PT Cruiser when i needed a new timing belt. The work was done on time and I received a discount. This is a great company. Many of our staff also use them. I am not sure if any of our students have checked them out -- but they should! Pros: Always excellent service and discounts provided more

Great Service! 6/8/2010

I had no experience with this company until recently when I needed an A/C repair on my vehicle. At the point I contacted them for the repair, I had two other cost estimates for this repair. I found this company to ""walk the talk"" as they were ""direct with me"" through the repair process. Their prices were very competitive, they kept me informed on the progress of my repair, and delivered as promised. My car was washed and the interior was kept clean. I was particularly impressed with Marc Robbins costumer service and efforts to make this a very cost competitive repair. Pros: Competitive prices and great customer service more

These mechanics don't have a CLUE! 5/25/2010

I wish I had read these reviews before I took my car to this shop because I never would have gone there . I hope this review will keep other people from making the same mistake I did. I took my car to this shop six weeks ago and I am still having the same problem. I took the car back 3 times and the car is still not repaired. I can't afford to take it to another shop after all the money they charged me. I am having to take the bus now until I can save up enough money to take my car to a real mechanic. Honestly, you do not want to do business with this shop. Pros: Can't Think Of One Cons: Overcharges and Doesn't fix problem with car more

I've been a loyal customer of Dealer Direct for the past 3 years. The #1 reason for this, is they don't charge $75-$85 for a diagnostic check. I spoke with the owner Chris who told me its a complete scam when other companies charge for this - because it's just a computer program that runs and doesn't take much time at all! So whenever something is sounding fishy, I call Dealer Direct and schedule a check-up. They tell me exactly what's wrong, and since I always bring it in at the first sign of trouble, they've never tried to sell me an expensive repair. I don't know what's going on with these horrible reviews I just read - sounds like somebody has a grudge or something! They all sound like the same person! I can't recommend Dealer Direct enough! Pros: Diagnostic check is always free Cons: Can't think of one. more

FORGOT OIL! 5/14/2010

I brought my car to this location in Orlando to get my oil changed and they forgot to put the oil back in the car! When i drove off my car started to over heat, so i pulled over and realized there was no oil. I would not recommend taking your car here! more

dealer direct has a policy that everyone should no about. if you are unhappy with anything involving service or repair to your car.they will do everything they can to try to make you happy. if they cant they will refund your money And pay another shop to fix your car.
