the only issue I had was - having to confirm the day before... I would prefer to plan ahead, pay for it and move on to the next task. Spongebob Bouncer for my sons 4th birthday party 7/15/2012

This is the second year I've rented the bouncer for my sons birthday party from Awesome Bounce. They're always on time and professional. They also have great prices!!! I've rented from other places and Awesome Bounce has been the best fit for my family and I. They show up on time to both drop off and pick up their rentals and their employees are always professional and kind. The prices of their rentals are also the best I've found as well. I've done price comparisons with other companies and Awesome Bounce always beats the competitors pricing for the same products. Last year we rented a Mickey Mouse bouncer and it was perfect!! This year we rented a Spongebob bouncer and it was good as well. My only complaint at all would be that the bouncer we got this year was a little dirty...you could just tell it was one of their older products...and Spongebob was a bit faded. But other than that I have no complaints!! Awesome Bounce is professional, friendly, timely, and no matter what theme your little ones party is they seem to have a bouncer that would fit your theme..plus they have great prices. I would absolutely recommend Awesome Bounce to anyone looking to rent a bouncer for their upcoming parties and I plan on renting next years birthday party bouncer from them as well. more

I have already recommended Awesome Bounce several times. They were right on time and set up when they said they would and as they promised. They really made it a good time for my daughter's birthday. This was my first time using them, and it was an overall great experience. I would definitely use them again. more

Bounce was not the correct size 7/10/2012

The bounce that I ordered was the Princess bounce and online was shown to be 15 x 15. The one that we got was 12 x 12. I noticed the size after the gentleman setting up the bounce had already left. The week following the party I spoke with Veronica from Awesome Bounce and she assured me that Awesome Bounce does not have a 12 x 12 in the Princess bounce. However, my husband, my brother-in-law, and myself measured the bounce with a tape measure. All of us measured 12 x 12. I think someone needs to check the sizes of the Princess bounces. Also, due to faulty scheduling, the bounce arrived an hour late. RESPONSE FROM Awesome Bounce: Hi Eileen, thank you for taking the time to share your Awesome Bounce experience with us. Please understand that we've got many "Princess Bouncers" of varying sizes. When you choose a specific unit, as you did, it will be the size advertised on our website and reflected in our customer service communications. We're very sorry that you chose a unit that was not the size you were looking for. Had we known in advance, we could have easily swapped your unit for the correct one. We're very sorry for the lateness, as you know, the 4th of July is one of the busiest days of the year in our industry and we do our best at keeping the deliveries on time. Have used this company twice and happy with their service 7/7/2012

it worked, but was late and dirty 7/7/2012

Bouncer was suppose to arrive by 11am showed up at 2. Was not clean inside where you jump. Delivery folks were very nice. RESPONSE FROM Awesome Bounce: Hi John, when our delivery driver arrived, nobody was home. Our policy is that if the customer is not available at the agreed upon time based on the confirmation call, then the driver completes his route and then returns. We apologize for this inconvenience, however to be fair to all customers, we must stick with this policy. Our records indicate that your unit was cleaned and sanitized and the driver confirmed the condition of your unit. We take pride in our maintenance and delivery record and we look forward to serving you again :-) more

A great experience. 7/6/2012

I had an amazing experience with Awesome Bounce. I called in last minute (Thurs afternoon for a Saturday a.m. party) with no clue of what I really wanted except for I wanted a slide included in the bouncer. The lady that spoke with me walked me through her website showing me all the different options and even stayed on the line while I called my family to have them measure the area to make sure it would fit. When I explained to her the cost was a little higher than I was able to pay she took me through other options and actually found me a bounce house that currently had a $50 coupon savings. I was able to get an amazing pirate bounce house for a cost lower than any of the other places I had called. They showed up on time, the man was quick and courteous and even joked around with my son while he was setting everything up. All in all, it was a great experience. more

I was a little disappointed to find out that the "luau" bounce I ordered was simply a plain blue and yellow bouncer with a velcroed on luau tarp. Also, I thought we had until 8 pm but the guys showed up at 7:45 and hovered menacingly until everyone got out of the bouncer. Staff that dropped off and picked up was very pleasant. Condition of castle was also good. Price was competitive with coupon I found online. Would recommend and use again. more

Late and Wrong Bounce House 7/2/2012

I am very dissapointed in the fact that I spent a lot of money and have had terrible follow through. I was told I would be receiving some refund and have yet to hear anything despite several phone calls. RESPONSE FROM Awesome Bounce: After researching this matter, we have determined that: 1. The customer was working the day of delivery and not available for delivery until early evening. The unit was delivered once the customer was home, which was after the party "start time" on the paperwork. 2. This customer ordered using our online system. She chose the rental item she received. Furthermore, a confirmation call was made to review the details of her order, and at that time, she verbally agreed to all details presented in the confirmation call including the unit choice. 3. The customer never called the company after the fact regarding her issues. She called the driver's cell phone (which she captured from his call to check if she was home yet) and left messages as opposed to calling the company to resolve the issues. As you may notice from other reviews posted about our company, when we're in the wrong, we admit it, apologize then correct the issue directly with the customer. In this case, there is nothing for us to correct! We do our best and we did our best. As of this time, the company is still awaiting proof of this customer's allegations... more
