I am very dissapointed in the fact that I spent a lot of money and have had terrible follow through. I was told I would be receiving some refund and have yet to hear anything despite several phone calls. RESPONSE FROM Awesome Bounce: After researching this matter, we have determined that: 1. The customer was working the day of delivery and not available for delivery until early evening. The unit was delivered once the customer was home, which was after the party "start time" on the paperwork. 2. This customer ordered using our online system. She chose the rental item she received. Furthermore, a confirmation call was made to review the details of her order, and at that time, she verbally agreed to all details presented in the confirmation call including the unit choice. 3. The customer never called the company after the fact regarding her issues. She called the driver's cell phone (which she captured from his call to check if she was home yet) and left messages as opposed to calling the company to resolve the issues. As you may notice from other reviews posted about our company, when we're in the wrong, we admit it, apologize then correct the issue directly with the customer. In this case, there is nothing for us to correct! We do our best and we did our best. As of this time, the company is still awaiting proof of this customer's allegations... more
