I was a little disappointed to find out that the "luau" bounce I ordered was simply a plain blue and yellow bouncer with a velcroed on luau tarp. Also, I thought we had until 8 pm but the guys showed up at 7:45 and hovered menacingly until everyone got out of the bouncer. RESPONSE FROM Awesome Bounce: Hi Mullaney, thank you for taking the time to convey your Awesome Bounce experience to us. All of our products are pictured online along with details of each item. We're sorry that you weren't completely satisfied with the unit, and that the driver showed up prepared to dismantle the unit on time. A lot of the time, a customer may get extra time due to scheduling, but it's not guaranteed. We hope that on your next rental with us that we can earn that 5th star! Thank you for your patronage, and thank you again for sharing :-)
