I have to admit, I was skeptical at first when I thought of dealing with an "out-of-State" company for the rental of our very first bounce house for our child's birthday party. The customer service rep/contact person I spoke to was very helpful, answered my myriad of questions, and gave me information on how to obtain discounts - all which helped to allay my concerns. The price for what we rented (a premium combo-unit bouncer castle)was by far, the best in the business -and believe me, I did my homework for price shopping! The day of the party my husband and I had concerns about the arrival of the unit before the big party...but after my call to the corporate office, I received a follow-up call to advise us our unit was enroute. Everything was set up quickly, it was exactly as described, and the party went off without a hitch. Our little one was overjoyed with the castle bouncer, as well as all 11 of the other kids attending! Even the "big kids" had fun. I would definitley recommed Awesome Bounce to my friends and family -- they came through and delivered -- and all at the best value around. Thank you!!
