Smooth experience 9/11/2012

They showed up RIGHT on time. There was a glitch with the stairs, which they delt with very fairly. The man who did the set up cared and listened to where, and how, we wanted it placed, and did an excelent job of placing the extention cord so noone tripped on it. Because they needed an extra guy to help pick up (because of stairs) they couldnt come till next morning. Our 5 year old was MORE than happy to do some more jumping! more

I didn't like that I first got the impression that my online coupon is being applied and amount is deducted from total, but later when I called them to confirm they see my order, they said the coupon doesn't work because I wasn't getting a combo. . . . They ended up applying a $10 coupon instead . more

Great value, great service. 9/4/2012

This is the second time I rent a bouncer from Awesome Bounce, and I am every bite as satisfied with their service as the first time. The jumper came on time, the delivery guy was fast and efficient in setting it up and I even got two coupon discounts of up to $25 off (repeat customer perk?) this time around. The jumper looks exactly like the picture and it's a full 8 hours of fun for 10 kids age 3-5....best investment for a party with kids. Between the great price, reliable service and maybe more repeat customer perks, I will definitely rent another bouncer from them again. more

There were a number of holes in the netting of the bounce 9/2/2012

The guy set the moon bounce up early and took it back late, so we certainly got enough time with the inflatable. But, there were a number of holes all in the netting of it, and it didn't look very top notch. Great Experience and Great Company 9/2/2012

This was my second time that I rented from awesome bounce and the one thing that has kept me loyal to this company is their dedication to the satisfaction of the customer. My experience with Awesome Boince has only gotten better. This year when we ran into a hiccup with the weather, customer service went out of their way to give me an extra discount. Great company, customer service and William the gentleman who delivered my moon bounce, A+. Thanks for everything, I look forward to next year! more

They were prompt. The only concerns I would have would be that they could have been a little cleaner. I guess some of the bounce houses they bring are older than others. Overall it was definitely a good experience. Not out of this world but not bad - a bit above average. Excellent Service 8/29/2012

I reserved a moon bounce for my daughter's 1st birthday party 2 days before the event. They had the exact moon bounce I wanted. They were very helpful and arrived hours before the party started to setup. The moonbounce was clean and sturdy. The kids had a blast. I would definitely use Awesome Bounce again and refer them to a friend! more

Good company 8/28/2012

The only comment is I wish I had a little more explanation of the costs before I call or place an online order. I saw there was a range, but there is no explanation of why my pricing would be on the lower end versus the higher end. I'd like to do some cost comparison before I place an order. Even if there was just a disclosure that the price will be higher on certain holiday weekends OR weekdays are generally $10 less per day versus weekends. At least a guideline, even if it is not ironclad, just something rather than a general guess. Probably a little higher than other companies, but they are reliable, punctual and good customer contact once the order is placed. The range is dependent on the day of the rental, weekday vs. Saturday vs. Sunday. I have been renting jumpers and slides here for 5 years and they have been nothing but professional, knowledgeable, and offer great customer service, good prices and the set up crew is on time and very nice. I highly recommend Awesome Bounce for their variety of items to rent and customer service. They also give the bouncers for 8 hours which is awesome for the kids. more
