moon bounce 7/1/2012

We were a little disappointed, the bounce arrived over an hour late. However, once it was set up, it was fine. The set up was nice that they did everything and we didn't have to assist. And the break down was like that too. We were given a discount of $20.00 off due to being late. I think the prices should be lower and the i ordered had strings that didnt tie well to the fan.. RESPONSE FROM Awesome Bounce: Hi Jenny, I'm sorry to hear that you were less than satisfied with our pricing and product. We have very competitive pricing, and you can even find further discounts online for our company. If you're on our mailing list, you will get discount offers about once a month. The straps we use to attach the blower to the air tube are 1" heavy duty polypropylene straps with a metal alligator clip. We instruct our drivers to use two of the straps with the blower, and to be sure the clips are in good shape and don't slip. We have followed up with your delivery driver to ensure avoiding future issues. Thank you for using us and for taking the time to bring your concerns to our attention. Great Service 7/1/2012

I had never rented a bounce house, so of course I checked this company out. A+ BBB rating, and great customer reviews. When I called the # on a Sunday afternoon, no one answered and I didn't leave a message, however, someone called me RIGHT back. I ordered a bounce house just a week before my son's party. A few days later the bounce house I reserved needed to be sent for repairs, however, they immediately substituted a similar bounce house of equal value. The gentleman that set up the bounce house was great too! Very personable! We even had issues because we kelp blowing circuits but he was still great! I would recommend this company! more

Please charge the fee quickly to the credit card so I can pay it and let it hang. Love the service and love you guys. Combo Castle for Childrens Birthday Party 6/28/2012

When the unit was picked up I explained to the two individuals that the one cord plugged into the electrical outlet seemed to have started a small electrical fire. The three-pronged plug had one of the prongs melted into the extension cord. As such the unit stopped working and we lost several hours of play in the bouncy castle. The driver mentioned the he would have his Manager call me and I never received a call. Very disappointed in the lack of follow-up on a unit malfuntion. RESPONSE FROM Awesome Bounce: Hi Laurie, I'm so sorry to hear of the issue you had with your rental. Whenever our blowers are plugged into a power source, they cannot be in the "on" position under any circumstances. They draw a lot of power when initially turned on, so plugging in an "on" blower, creates an arc which can spark a small fire at the outlet. NOT GOOD, which is why we thoroughly train our drivers concerning this. We also train our drivers to refer customers to our 800 number if there is ever an issue. Under no circumstances should he/she tell a customer that we will give them a call- because we have no way of knowing! We would love to make up your hours for you. Please email rentals@awesomebounce.com the date of your event, and what name the booking was under so that we can follow up with the driver and get you your hours. Great experience. Thank you for giving us extra time since the rental before that was disappointing. Everything was great and your driver was very nice! your business has agreed to donate a moonbounce for my daughters event on Saturday June 30th, I have not herd back to confirm.. everything went great when using awesome bounceo 6/27/2012

The only problem I had with my rental was with the 8:00 curfew. I wish it could have lasted a little longer. RESPONSE FROM Awesome Bounce: Hi Angela, I'm sorry that the fun got cut off at 8pm. For future reference, you can get extra time 3 different ways. 1) Ask the driver to make you his last pickup and tip him. 2) Pay $20 per hour for each hour after 8pm. 3) Pay $50 additional and keep overnight. Love it.. Never had a problem. been using since my granddaughters 1st birthday. each year a different them and the company keeps in contact especially each year around her birthday..offereing any assistance possible. Its the hightlight of the party and the kids never want to get out. In fact when its pick up time have to make the kids get out. more

Rented a bouncer for our daughters grad party 6/26/2012

We rented a bouncer from Awesome Bounce for our daughters graduation party (for the younger children). The ordering online was easy, the selection was big, and the bouncer arrived on time and clean. The driver called and told me what time to expect him and they arrived at that time. The pick up was prompt also. A pleasant experience and I would recommend them to friends. more

I used Awesome Bounce for the first time last year for my son's birthday party! I was very impressed. They have a great selection, it's easy to order, the service was great and the price was very reasonable. I have since used them for my daughter's birthday and again for my son's birthday this year. good price, short rental time 6/26/2012

This is the second time we rented a jumper for my son's birthday. Received a email discount, so the price was good for a one day rental. The guys even helped move a basketball hoop that was too heavy for us to do it ourselves. The only thing I was a little dispointed was that the total rental time was only about 6 hr., but they did allow the children to help squeez the air out during take down...which the kids thought was fun. more
