I had an amazing experience with Awesome Bounce. I called in last minute (Thurs afternoon for a Saturday a.m. party) with no clue of what I really wanted except for I wanted a slide included in the bouncer. The lady that spoke with me walked me through her website showing me all the different options and even stayed on the line while I called my family to have them measure the area to make sure it would fit. When I explained to her the cost was a little higher than I was able to pay she took me through other options and actually found me a bounce house that currently had a $50 coupon savings. I was able to get an amazing pirate bounce house for a cost lower than any of the other places I had called. They showed up on time, the man was quick and courteous and even joked around with my son while he was setting everything up. All in all, it was a great experience.
