Bouncer was suppose to arrive by 11am showed up at 2. Was not clean inside where you jump. Delivery folks were very nice.

Hi John, when our delivery driver arrived, nobody was home. Our policy is that if the customer is not available at the agreed upon time based on the confirmation call, then the driver completes his route and then returns. We apologize for this inconvenience, however to be fair to all customers, we must stick with this policy. Our records indicate that your unit was cleaned and sanitized and the driver confirmed the condition of your unit. We take pride in our maintenance and delivery record and we look forward to serving you again :-)
