THE BOUNCE HOUSE WAS CLEAN AND THE KIDS HAD A GREAT TIME IN IT, BUT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS UNSATISFACTORY. DELIVERY WAS AN HOUR & FIFITEEN MINUTES LATE AND WHEN WE CALLED THE 800# (SEVERAL TIMES) TO SEE WHAT HAPPENED, NO ONE EVER ANSWERED THE PHONE. THE SET UP MAN, TOOK A CASH PAYMENT FROM THE OWNER WHEN WE HAD ALREADY PAID WITH A CREDIT CARD. THERE WAS A COPY OF THE RECEIPT WHICH REFLECTED THE PAYMENT WAS ALREADY MADE. WE WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE ELSE.
