We have beeen ordering our kids bounce house from Awesome Bounce for a while. They have a great staff and delivery workers. On time and friendly. Yes, their bounce houses are more expensive than most but our kids love the slide and we have a small backyard. Although it is more expensive we are so grateful that you have a bounce house with a slide that fits our home. Thank you. more

Service is friendly...however, this is the 2nd year in a row we have used them, and both times, they cut the delivery extremely close to party time. They get there withing the time frame they say, but right at the cutoff. I will use them again. more

Great service 7/31/2012

We were able to rent the moon bounce/slide combo of our choice just days before the party. The company rep. showed up an hour earlier than we were advised to set up but it worked out great. We ended up having the moon bounce over 8 hrs. and the kids LOVED it. It was the hit of the party. more

NOT HAPPY WITH COMPANY SERVICE 7/30/2012

THE BOUNCE HOUSE WAS CLEAN AND THE KIDS HAD A GREAT TIME IN IT, BUT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS UNSATISFACTORY. DELIVERY WAS AN HOUR & FIFITEEN MINUTES LATE AND WHEN WE CALLED THE 800# (SEVERAL TIMES) TO SEE WHAT HAPPENED, NO ONE EVER ANSWERED THE PHONE. THE SET UP MAN, TOOK A CASH PAYMENT FROM THE OWNER WHEN WE HAD ALREADY PAID WITH A CREDIT CARD. THERE WAS A COPY OF THE RECEIPT WHICH REFLECTED THE PAYMENT WAS ALREADY MADE. WE WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE ELSE. RESPONSE FROM Awesome Bounce: Hi Sallie, we are not able to find you in our database. Please let me know the last name the booking was under and the date of the event. I would like to get this straightened out. Thank you. I was just a little concerned when we had to leave bounce house on the property the next day with no one home. But, I guess there were no problems in removing it from our property. more

The tech was on time and very friendly. Set-up was quick and easy and the take-down was just as easy. The bounce house was clean and exactly what we ordered. Everything went smooth which allowed us to enjoy my 6-year old's dinosaur birthday party. Will definitely recommend! more

I rented the carousel bouncer for my sons birthday party, and it was a total hit!! I had so many people approach me on where I rented this huge amazing bouncer from. The kids loved it, and so did the adults!! The service was great , they where there exactly when I wanted them there and Alan the driver was very friendly! I will continue too use awesome bounce in all my future parties. I would highly reccomend them too anyone is in the market to rent a bouncer. Thank you awesome bounce! more

I always use Awesome Boince for my child's birthday parties because the bouncers are all high quality and clean and I can also get kids tables and chairs from them saving me the trouble of going elsewhere. more
