We have been getting bouncers from Awesome Bounce for many years. We are generally setting up for all day parties and ask the staff online and the drivers for extra time, even if at extra cost. We have always had friendly and accommodating interactions with both phone personnel and drivers, until this past weekend (6/2012). Phone staff indicated that we could have the extra time and gave us specific hours that we then planned our party around. The driver carted away the bouncer 2 hours early, was rude and gruff when asked whether there was a misunderstanding, and deflated the bouncer as some kids cried and others asked what was happening. Miscommunications can occur but there should be a way to remedy onsite, in a polite and professional manner. As always, I was happy to tell everyone at our block party (100+) how amazing this company has been and several wrote down the name for planning future birthday parties, etc. But after this experience, I'm confident none of them will call Awesome Bounce. We'll try once more but will then look elsewhere if treated in a similar way.

We try very hard to select, train and utilize driver's who reflect the customer service values of our company. In this case, a driver who definitely did not understand our mission, managed to slip through and get hired. I can assure you that I am personally familiar with what happened the day of your event, and that driver is no longer working for Awesome Bounce. We sincerely apologize for you having had that negative experience, and we are grateful that you are willing to continue using our services. We know that in these tough economic times that service companies need to understand that customers need more value and more service for their hard earned dollars. We understand that.
