My experience was not a good one with your company. I was very busy and forgot to run to the bank to pay for the cash up front. I asked the service guy if we could wait to pay because we were throwing a fundraiser for the Police Honor Guard. He said he could not and refused to set up the moonwalk unless he was paid. I pleaded with him and said I will pay him as soon as guests arrive because it was cash at the door. He still refused to set it up and unless he was paid. I offered for him to hold on to my driver's license and credit card. He said he needed the cash. I had to borrow the money from friends because as the host I couldn't just leave the event to run to the bank. Although, this was my mistake I needed someone to understand not demand to threaten not to set up the moonwalk. Once, it was set up the moonwalk was dirty with dead grass and old bird feces inside. My son had to go inside and clean it before we could use it. I would not use your company again because of the poor service and treatment.

Hi Al, we're truly sorry that you were given a difficult time by our delivery driver. I hope you know that he was simply doing his job. We have been bamboozled many a time in the past when not getting payment up front, so our policy is very strict with the drivers on this. However, had you called customer service at 1-800-226-8623, I'm sure we could've run your credit card or found an alternative quite readily to solve the problem, stress free. As far as the dirty bouncer, we are researching that issue with local management and will determine what happened shortly.
