Brandon and Richard 1/10/2018

Brandon arrived early and immediately began dismantling the furnace while waiting for his partner, Richard, to arrive with the new furnace and air conditioner. I had to go to work so left him in the house alone. When I returned 5 hours later, the 2 men were almost completely done. Drop cloths had been put down on my floors. All the old equipment was removed and the house was left as good as before. Brandon and Richard showed me some things about my new furnace, They were very efficient and I was very satisfied. Richard helped me program the app on my phone for the new thermostat. Very pleased with their work. more

He took his time with the installation and explanation of the different parts. He helped fix the problem with my gas stove and oven which are very old. He and Dan worked steadily the whole day until everything was completed to my satisfaction installing my new furnace. more

Joe did the scheduled maintenance for my furnace this week. While here, he also checked the water panel for my centralized humidifier system (although this wasn't required) and answered several questions I had about the furnace and fan. I appreciate his promptness and professionalism. more

Terry did the routine maintenance on my water heater. While here, he also re-set the timer on my carbon filter and took a look at a possible water leak in my bathroom, even though those weren't part of the routine maintenance. He gave me advice about the possible water leak, and even called a restoration company to set up a pre-check and estimate; they arrived within an hour on the same day. I appreciate Terry's going beyond the 'call of duty' and helping with the other issues. more
