Great experience talking with Rolf 4/5/2015

Rolf (comfort advisor) spent about 2 hours giving us very useful information about Furnace and Air conditioners. We were doing some analysis on replacing ours, as a preventive measure, now that the current equipment is about 18 years old. It was a pleasure speaking with Rolf. No pressure to buy, very professional, very knowledgeable. It was a great experience. more

Great Service Specialist 3/29/2015

I had a plumbing problem and Sam was honestly the best/honest plumber I've ever had. The prices were a bit expensive but because of Sam, I didn't think twice. If you ever go with ARS, make sure you choose Sam G. as your plumber. more

Excellent service 3/29/2015

Rolf is one of the most professional HVAC sales people I have ever met. He was incredibly thorough sizing the furnace and air condition to my house and explaining all of my options. The installation was fast and without problems. I highly recommend these folks if you need to replace a furnace, air conditioner or water heater. I had all three done and it took just a little over half of a day. more

Heating & Air Conditioning Estimator 3/5/2015

Rolf C. gave me a very knowledgeable and thorough review of the options, cost, pluses and minuses of the two purchases I am considering making. He was so thorough, he counted all the heating vents and cold air returns before selecting the right size condenser which turned out to be larger than the one of I have. I always felt it wasn't big enough. His comments were instructive and constructive and I learned a lot. He is an outgoing people person who makes you comfortable asking any question. He is an outstanding representative on your company's behalf and showed me on the contract how strongly you back up your work. He made sure to give me every discount I was eligible for. Happy Customer 2/20/2015

Scott W of ARS did a great job diagnosing our furnace issue, explaining our options, while being very efficient and friendly. I feel he gave an honest assessment of our 19 yr old furnace and highly recommended scheduling a home comfort specialist to come tomorrow, as our furnace is living on borrowed time. His people skills are awesome and the igniter part he replaced has taken care of our immediate problem. Thank you, Scott W! more

Today I had a service call to clean my furnace from ARS. The technician Gary was simply awesome!! I was a few minutes late and when I arrived he couldn't have been nicer or more understanding greeting me with a handshake and a smile. He diagnosed and fixed the problem very quickly and took the time to explain and show me what what the problem was. Overall, I would highly recommend ARS and advise you to request Gary Z in you live in the south suburbs of Chicago, he's the best! more

Ted S. Did an excellent job of consulting on our new heating and air conditioning system. His knowledge of industry and financing made him and his company the obvious choice. This is the first occasion I can recall purchasing an item of this cost without "sleeping on it"and the first time I have been moved to leave a review. The " others" were not even close to fitting my needs for the proper system. No buyers remorse here! more
