Terry did the routine maintenance on my water heater. While here, he also re-set the timer on my carbon filter and took a look at a possible water leak in my bathroom, even though those weren't part of the routine maintenance. He gave me advice about the possible water leak, and even called a restoration company to set up a pre-check and estimate; they arrived within an hour on the same day. I appreciate Terry's going beyond the 'call of duty' and helping with the other issues.
