ARS Service Specialist was extremely courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. When a part needed to be replaced, Nate actually showed us the faulty part, where the problem was and clearly explained what needed to be done to replace the part and what the cost would be. Marvin came out to repair my furnace. I was a little nervous because things I don't understand, like furnaces, make me nervous when they don't work properly. Marvin did the repair and took me through "furnace 101" to show me exactly what was wrong and what he did to repair it. When I told him that I get nervous about furnaces, he showed me some of the basics about furnaces and why mine would not "blow up" as I was worried about. He showed me all the safety features and explained that I really had a fine furnace, it just needed to be adjusted. I will definately ask for him the next time my furnace or air conditioner needs service. more

My 20 Year old Hot Water Heater died Tuesday night. I called ARS because we had received a flyer in the mail. Shaun returned my call in less than 5 minutes. He came out and evaluated the problem and explained it to me. He said that I needed to replace it and he explained my options. We had been worried about this issue and had been looking into Tankless units. Shaun gave me the costs for different units and once selected he told me why it cost less to get it from ARS rather than a Big Box store. He said he could pick up the unit I wanted and be back first thing in the morning. He said it would take about 4 hours to install and haul away all the old materials. Shaun also said he might have someone with him to help. I have a house full of females so I worry about who comes in ! Shaun arrived 10 minutes ahead of the target time. That was Great. He had no help so I was concerned that things would take longer. No ! Shaun, by himself, got the whole job done in 4 hours and 15 minutes including the paper work. Shaun was patient with me explaining how things worked. I have 5 dogs that make a lot of noise. Shaun was nice to them and that mde it easier for them. I spent a lot of money for this Water Heater. Shaun helped me to feel better about the investment and not at all like I was beening Ripped off. Shaun was Outstanding! And now the Girls have all the Hot Water they want for thier showers. If I have any other problems that fall under the ARS domain, I'll be Back. more

Nate J. has serviced both my & my parent's homes. He is very knowledgable regarding the different types of heating & cooling systems, and has taken the time to explain the workings to me. Besides that "trust" factor is very high & that's what makes me coming back to ARS for service. I just wish I could get Nate J. every time I call! more
