terry spranger was super knowledgeable and very professional. he fixed two plumbing problems with dexterity and no mess. he was one of the best service people we have ever had!!

This was a follow-up furnace repair to replace the defective board/safety switch issue discovered yesterday by Jimmy D. during my seasonal clean & check. Today's tech arrived one...

Wayne is terrific. He is very knowledgeable and offered us some great suggestions. He even helped me look up on-line to get the best deal and the best filters for our furnace. I want him to come everytime, so future visits I will request him. more

ARS Furnace Checkup: Scott W 9/30/2015

Scott was at my home promptly and did a thorough inspection and cleaning of my furnace. He answered my questions clearly and patiently and also explained his findings clearly. He took the time to give me suggestions for maximizing the efficiency of the furnace and filters. He was completely professional in every aspect of his work while he was here. more

Arnie was great. He showed my how to fix my existing humidifier (on the furnace). As he was leaving he rechecked the furnace and condenser to make sure they were finished correctly and noticed the air (which was now on) unit was making too much noise. He immediately called his boss and made arrangement to replace the motor. I thought the unit was a little noisy but all condensers make some noise. Arnie was extremely polite and informative. more

GREAT WORK 7/2/2015

Had a service call on 6-24-15 for an A/C checkup Ryan D was my serviceman. He found that my furnace filter was soaking wet. It was very hard to find the source of the leak because I live in a Condo. When he yelled "I found it" that was a relief. The water was backing up into my furnace from a common A/C drain pipe. This could have ruined my wiring. Ryan was very professional and friendly. Your lucky to have him as an employee. I would hire him in a second. Thanks Ryan. Truly Bob more

Quick, reliable service 6/27/2015

We were very pleased with the service we received from ARS Rescue Rooter. Our air conditioner stopped working (it was 17 years old) and we wanted to have it replaced before the hot weather started again. Our furnace was 20 years old so we decided to replace both. We called and Nate came that morning. The price was great for both units. Nate was great in providing the information we needed to make a decision. A team of installers were able to install the new air conditioner and furnace that same day. more

Scott came over for a tune up for my ac unit. Unfortunately gave me some bad news but didn't try and sell me on any useless services that wouldn't help me in the long run. Very trustworthy service. more
