terry spranger was super knowledgeable and very professional. he fixed two plumbing problems with dexterity and no mess. he was one of the best service people we have ever had!!

furnace tune up 10/11/2012

My wife and I were planning on having our furnace tuned up and we decided to call ARS after seeing an ad. Very quickly we discovered that the furnace professional, Jimmy D, was very prompt and respectful. He took his time to tune up our furnace and identified areas that needed attention and repairs. I will definitely call ARS again if I need any work done in the future. more

FALL FURNACE MAINTAINENCE 9/29/2012

NATE J WAS PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS. CLEANED FURNACE AND MADE ADJUSTMENTS AS NECESSARY. REPLACED BLOWER MOTOR PART AFTER TESTING OLD PART AND COMPLETELY EXPLAINING REASON WHY PART SHOULD BE REPLACED. ALSO CLEANED HUMIDIFIER AND REPLACED FILTER. more

I have requested Nate for the last several years as I have found him to be very knowledgeable, courteous, neat and thorough when doing any work. After having a bad experience with another technician, Nate solved the problem and he is the reason I have stayed with ARS! more

Heating and air-conditioning 9/19/2012

We have had Nate out several times in the past and will usually request him. We find him to be very knowledgeable, competent , friendly, and courteous. He never leaves a mess behind. ARS is a reliable company. We have been customers for many, many years. They are there when you need them. more

Abel Posada arrived within the expected time frame on Sunday. He capably identified the problems with our malfunctioning AC system and repaired what he could in an expeditious manner. He was neat and clean in his work. A return visit will be required due to a type of test that needs to be done (Parts for that test were not on the truck). Abel indicated that ARS will contact us when it is available and that he would return to perform the test. He was professional and pleasant. more
