Brandon arrived early and immediately began dismantling the furnace while waiting for his partner, Richard, to arrive with the new furnace and air conditioner. I had to go to work so left him in the house alone. When I returned 5 hours later, the 2 men were almost completely done. Drop cloths had been put down on my floors. All the old equipment was removed and the house was left as good as before. Brandon and Richard showed me some things about my new furnace, They were very efficient and I was very satisfied. Richard helped me program the app on my phone for the new thermostat. Very pleased with their work.
