Unfortunately- even with all of the good reviews on next door, my experience was good. Quoted a specific price for the work, then was told that price was only for 1 of the 3 items...

Brian, found and fixed our plumbing problem within minutes of arriving at our home. he was their promptly at the time the company said we could expect him. he was very neat and explained our problem and complete the repair. in about 1hour. Wanted simple job quote but got more than I asked for 8/4/2019

I simply wanted a quote for a shutoff vale to be installed and before I got the quote I was being up sold on my 6 year old hot water heater and my water was being tested for mineral content so I could consider water softener. The tech was very nice and maybe that's how this company operates, I don't know, but it was a big negative to me. more

Kieth quickly solved my plumbing problem and was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. I was very impressed with his concern that everything was clean and dry when he left. I will definitely call Tipping Hat again. more

Backyard estimate 7/15/2019

Recently had tipping hat come out to give an estimate on removal of old swamp cooler and installation of new one. Estimate lasted about 10 minutes. Field agent never got on roof, never went into house, and was not prepared to leave a written estimate more

Water line replacement to swamp cooler 6/28/2019

I was pleased with the tech & his work. However, I feel that $450. to replace 25' of copper tubing to be VERY excessive. Tech was here total of 1hr45min & that includes the time it took him to go to HD to purchase the tubing. I even told Robert when I made the appointment that the tubing would need replaced so I do not understand why it was not on the truck. Only agreed to have it done at that rate as it was going to be over 90 & had already waited 4 business days for the appointment. Tech gets 5 stars for his work but company as a whole deserves less. Apparently to have any amount of tubing replaced to a cooler is a flat rate of $450. & that is just too high in my opinion. more

Replace water supply line to swamp cooler 6/27/2019

Carson arrived right on time. Checked the problem -hole in copper water supply line to cooler & advised charge of $450. to replace line of approximately 25'. Had to go purchase line as did not have sufficient amount on truck for repair even though I had told Robert -office person who scheduled appointment, that would need at least that amount. Chris very personable, efficient & quick. Beginning to end, including trip to HD for supplies, 1 hour 45 minutes. However, I think charges are excessive but I did it as today is going to be 94. Would think twice before using Tipping Hat again. more

Humidifier install 6/26/2019

Tipping Hat charged over $400 to install a humidifier that I had purchased. The model I bought was an exact match for the one being replaced. The time to complete the work was 30 minutes. I felt ripped off. more

Review for Sam M, Dana, Jessica, John and Robert 6/20/2019

The office staff (Jessica, John and Robert) were very helpful and responsive and quick to resolve any issues. Dana was clear and able to answer questions. Sam M. did all the plumbing work and replaced the water heater. Sam did an excellent job and was very careful in covering the carpet and cleaning up afterward. His explanations about what to do with the controls on the water heater if gone for a few days were very helpful.He coordinated with me when the water had to be shut off so I could do the garden work needed. It was a pleasure working with him and the Tipping Hat staff. more

Excellent Service 6/13/2019

The customer service and timeliness of employees was amazing. Billy and Carson assisted with an issue with my heating/air conditioning and both were very professional and took the time to explain everything to me. I will definitely be using them in the future. more
