Third great experience with Tipping Hat! 6/19/2018

I just had my third great service experience with Tipping Hat. I use them to service my furnace each fall but today I needed a light fixture replaced. The service pro was early, very professional and knew exactly what he was doing. Also, the price was very reasonable. I love this company! more

AC Tune Up 6/11/2018

A few days into the month of June, before the onset of really hot weather, I decided to have my air conditioner tuned up. It's been several years since I had it tuned and It's a really old unit, The technician by the name of Kevin did a diagnostic as well as very thoughtful appraisal of possibly when and what type of new unit I will need in the future. Thanks Kevin for you time and energy in getting my unit up and running, as well as the insightful conversation that we had about property ownership! more

$19.00 tune -up 5/25/2018

No such thing..Did a 10 minute job put gages on the unit.. made a snap decision that it would cost $4700 to fix or $6500 for a new unit I got it fixed for $350 with another company more

Kevin did an outstanding job in determining the correct sliding glass door and explaining he options that were available with it. He also was successful in obtaining a much better price than the one advertised on the mailer I received. more

This is a great company. The field techs my last one was chad was prompt thorough and always takes the time to explain what he has done. Amanda is who to talk with when you make an appointment. This company always makes you feel good that you did business with them more

Tankless Water Heater 4/7/2018

Ni k and his team did a wonderful job switching out our old water heater for a tankless water heater. My husband calls it a work of art. They had to move air vents and install pipes going outside of the house. They were friendly and professional. more

Electrical outage 4/6/2018

Kodey was great. He found the problem and corrected it within 5 minutes. It was a simple fix that I should have known how to do and he was so polite in helping me out. He also gave me complete information on other projects I want to complete at a later date. Great employee and quick response. Would recommend Kodey to everyone. more

i used them to install a new furnace and air conditioner. Kevin showed up when he said he would, worked with me to get a great quote, and provided great service. The job was done on time, in a professional manner. Kevin made himself available to fix small follow-up issues and even upgraded my thermostat. Very satisfied, would definitely recommend. more
