Carson arrived right on time. Checked the problem -hole in copper water supply line to cooler & advised charge of $450. to replace line of approximately 25'. Had to go purchase line as did not have sufficient amount on truck for repair even though I had told Robert -office person who scheduled appointment, that would need at least that amount. Chris very personable, efficient & quick. Beginning to end, including trip to HD for supplies, 1 hour 45 minutes. However, I think charges are excessive but I did it as today is going to be 94. Would think twice before using Tipping Hat again.
