Just had a service call from Tipping Hat Plumbing. Kodiak Angel was a serious professional. On time and efficient. He gave me all my options and did not try and up sell. Will definitely use this great company again. Have to throw kudos to Tiana the dispatcher. Great communication more

Have started doing business with Tipping Hat and they showed up sooner than expected, but they called me too say they would be there earlier if it worked for me. They were very helpful and showed me the one that would work better for me. more

Outstanding Company! 5/4/2021

We chose Tipping Hat after getting estimates from a total of 4 companies. This company clearly stood out above the rest. They installed a new furnace and A/C system for us. They were extremely polite, friendly, professional, clean and did a great job for us in about 8 hours. Michael came to our house initially for the estimate and he was so friendly and very knowledgeable. He answered all of our questions and even came out a second time when we had more questions. He was a pleasure to work with, as were the installers! I highly recommend Tipping Hat Plumbing, Heating and Electric! more

Great customer sevice 3/27/2021

I had a clogged tub and closing on the sale was happening in 4 days. They got someone out in less than 24 hours no extra charge for fast service. They cleared the clog in 20 min and all was good. The next day standing water in the tub again. I called but we had already moved out. They agreed to send someone the very next day and agreed to let themselves in with a code. They let themselves in and found a completely different issue. I expected to be charged for that but nope fixed no charge. Great customer experience. more
