I scheduled a standard Furnace/AC inspection and tune up, Service Pro Michael Lia was extremely knowledgeable and provided tons of information on the status of the system and what kinds of things to look to keep an eye on as it is about 10 years old. Other companies have sent people out that basically say it's fine and charge $100 + and you don't know if they've even done anything. Michael was very thorough and pointed out what was likely to fail, what we could do to avoid it, and how to spot the issue early if something does go wrong. I will definitely call Tipping Hat again next time we need any services. Great job! more

I had what I thought was a minor plumbing issue. Called tipping hat. They came out and explained to me that I had a more serious issue. they referred me to an appropriate company for the more serious repairs I needed. After the serious issues were resolved Tipping Hat came and fixed my plumbing issue. they stayed with me through the entire process and worked with me on rescheduling on my request. They are great people to do business with and their pricing was excellent and well as the the worked performed. If I have a need for any of the services that they offer I will definitely use them. I have their business card set aside for future needs. they show up on time do excellent work are friendly and professional. Answered any questions I had. The service specialist I met in person, Nick and Chris were great as were the office people I talked with on the phone. I called to have Tipping Hat inspect some gas lines that showed a lot of rust from water dripping from an old boiler. We knew we needed a new hot water heater, and we the zone valves for the heating system were shot. Liberty offered to replace both the boiler and hot water heater with a Navien combi unit at a very reasonable price. We planned to finish connecting the unit to the hydronic system ourselves, but after we got the Navien unit installed, we decided to let them do it. The cost for that part was a little more than anticipated, though overall, their pricing was still less than the other quotes we received. Liberty did a great job on the installation. He was very polite and professional, and he was very gracious about letting us watch and ask questions during the installation. We had some issues getting the unit running without having the hydronic system connected, but that was resolved fairly quickly. The unit was not designed to run without the hydronic system attached, so Liberty found a workaround for that. This wasn't a small job, and he did it largely by himself. I would recommend both Liberty and Tipping Hat PH&E. more
