Unfortunately- even with all of the good reviews on next door, my experience was good. Quoted a specific price for the work, then was told that price was only for 1 of the 3 items...

Tipping Hat service provider Chad McCandless was an excellent choice for my plumbing needs. He was courteous, fast, and helpful. Comparatively the prices were reasonable and the company communicative. If needing such services again I would definitely consider reusing this firm again. more

Outstanding Inspection For a Reasonable Price 3/1/2018

Yesterday, the service tech, Michael, arrived on time and performed a thorough inspection for a reasonable cost on my furnace that he said was operating correctly and did not need any cleaning or repairs. He has great technical skills and people skills. I would hire Tipping Hat again! more

Great Service 2/14/2018

From the initial service call to the final installation, Tipping Hat was excellent in knowledge, work quality, and communication for service that was required of my furnace. I tend to ask a lot of questions to fully understand what is going on so that I can accurately compare all options available. The Tipping Hat staff was more than willing to answer my questions while at my house, and on the phone after the initial service call. My wife and I decided to have a furnace and A/C unit installed. We are very happy with the timeliness of the installation crew and the quality of their work. Our house is much more comfortable now. more

Everything about experience was positive from the initial call to followup email/call to confirm appointment and Chad our tech was wonderful. Showed up on time and performed the service requested, provided helpful information and did not try to get us to purchase additional services. Will definitely use again! more

Sewer Line Clearing, S. Greenwood, Campbell 1/6/2018

When I first called, they had to cancel/delay by one day after I made the appointment; I was annoyed by that. But, when the two men, Chad and Richard, came on Thursday, January 5, 2018, they much MORE than made up for the 1 day delay. They used a new machine in excellent condition, were very technically competent, really listened to me, and did a premium job at a reasonable cost. I will throw them more work any day. more

One Cold Morning 12/7/2017

The other morning. I woke up to the house being cold. It was around 19 degrees outside and about 28 degrees in the house. Sometime in the middle of the night. The water pump decided to go out. It was about 5ish when I called Tipping Hat. I left a message. Just a couple minutes after 7 am I recieved a call. Letting me know that they recieved my call and told me that they talked to thier tech already. About 8ish. Kevin was at the front door. He went strieght to work. descovered it was the pump. Had it replaced and the system running with in a couple of hours. Once again!!!! Kevin and Tipping hat are a bright shining star in my eyes. Kevin has always gone above expectation for me. He is kind, knowlegable, quick and polite. I have reffered Tipping Hat to other family members and friends and we all feel the same way about this company and thier employes and the work they do. Thank you all for your servieces and how you care for how you treat people. THANK YOU very much.... more
