Boiler replacement 11/9/2020

Five stars to the Tipping Hat team: Billy, Robert, Floyd, and Corey for their outstanding and courteous service. Floyd and Corey, specifically, made a talented and efficient team to replace our boiler including unexpected air ducting to bring our new heating system to code. Superb craftsmanship. The quality of their work and competence convinced me to use Tipping Hat as the contractor to go to for my future needs. more

Unfortunately- even with all of the good reviews on next door, my experience was good. Quoted a specific price for the work, then was told that price was only for 1 of the 3 items I needed fixed. I felt taken advantage of. The actual quote should have been honored. Caution to anyone - get the quote in writing with all specifics included. more

I left a voice mail for them and never heard back, which was disconcerting. After four days I called, got a live person and ended up speaking to the owner. He was pleasant, helpful and I decided to use their services. Elijah B. came to do a diagnostic and was very helpful. Looking forward to getting this project done, with their help. more
