Tipping Hat Plumbing, Heating & Electric 6/5/2019

Xcel Energy had shut the power on and off in the neighborhood for several days. It fried my thermostat and my heat was off. (Just before one of our big spring/winter storm.) I called TH and they sent out Billy. On time, courteous and he did a great job in rebooting my heating system. Billy recently came out for another electric issue I had. Same thing. He provides excellent service. I highly recommend TH and Billy. more

Tipping hate was double the price and just down right a slap is the face. I have zero idea how a business model like that stays in business. more

Tipping Hat Heating and Plumbng 5/20/2019

This company replaced our Heat Pump and Air Handler, plus the electric hot water heater all in one day. Great team of professionals led by Tristan Salas. We were impressd by the knowledge, efficiency, and work ethic of this young team, John Turner, Jaden Martinez, and Zeb Zengel. No problem was too difficult. We reviewed proposals from three recommended companies for this major home improvement project. The complete proposal provided by Adian Sarajlija, Supervisor, won us over with his patient and reasonable answers to our many questions and concerns. Tipping Hat proposal was not the lowest cost, nor the highest. It was, however, the most technically sound and understandable proposal presented. more

Excellent HVAC & Plumbing Care 3/18/2019

We are selling our house and had inspection exceptions on a few plumbing items. We'd worked with Tipping hat before on HVAC so I gave them a call. I was able to schedule an assessment the next day. Josh explained what needed to be done and provided a written estimate for the repairs which he made quickly and efficiently. I recommend Tipping Hat to anyone needing HVAC, Plumbing or Electrical service. - Thank you! more

They came through when I really needed help 3/7/2019

This is a professional, first rate group of people. The whole team that I worked with Phillip, Jennifer, Kieth, Robert and Roman were all excellent. I know that I was asking a lot and I needed help quickly. Our hot water heater had broken and our full water system was shut off. They led me through the process, they answered all of my questions and promptly took care of everything. They were kind, patient and authentic. I will be recommending them to all my friends and family. more

Over Paid 2/15/2019

Found out I was grossly overcharged. Right as a storm was rolling in my furnace decided that it would no longer ignite so I called Tipping Hat. The technician told me the part was very expensive and quoted me $1,300 for the fix but with the temperatures dropping into the negative digits that night and only into the 20s the next day I had little choice. The next day I looked up the part and found if ranging from $250-$300. That means he charged me $1,000 for his 20 min installation. So apparently his going rate is $3,000 per hour. I accepted the quote in good faith so shame on me but definitely the last time I call Tipping Hat. more

plumbing possible problem 2/15/2019

Owners of rental properties in Lakewood. Had slow leak in unfinished bsmt in duplex. Appeared to be from upstairs bath. Keith quickly determined it was from condensation caused from cold weather outside,when stool flushed. Shocked, no charge. Will be go to company for plumbing,elect,htg needs. more

Plumbing issues at my home 2/6/2019

When the tech. came to my house he quoted at rate of $395.00 an hour and a pressure wash costing $750.00 - I said I don't even pay my Dr. that high of a hourly rate - He's response was he has as much training as my Dr. With that amount of smugness-- I wouldn't use him ever. more

I hired TH to replace two bathroom switches and re-wire three smoke detectors in my home. Service Pro Jason Brittiain completed the work in a timely professional manner. He went above and beyond my expectations. He called before arrival, he respected my home by taking off his shoes, and the total cost was the initial quote. I highly recommend Jason and TH. more

Nik was one of the most professional and knowledgeable service technicians I have ever dealt with. Very thorough and informative with inspection. Didn’t feel like he was rushing through to get to the next job. I would highly recommend Nik and the team at Tipping Hat. Excellent job. more

Tipping Hat sent a technician the same day I called. He was polite,efficient and completed his part of the project in a very professional way. When we ran into an unexpected problem for the install for which an HVAC technician was needed, he immediately contacted the office and arranged for that person to complete the work on the next day. I have now had three experiences with Tipping Hat and all have been very positive. I would highly recommend this company and this particular technician more
