I was pleased with the tech & his work. However, I feel that $450. to replace 25' of copper tubing to be VERY excessive. Tech was here total of 1hr45min & that includes the time it took him to go to HD to purchase the tubing. I even told Robert when I made the appointment that the tubing would need replaced so I do not understand why it was not on the truck. Only agreed to have it done at that rate as it was going to be over 90 & had already waited 4 business days for the appointment. Tech gets 5 stars for his work but company as a whole deserves less. Apparently to have any amount of tubing replaced to a cooler is a flat rate of $450. & that is just too high in my opinion.
