Courtney came to do a tune-up on my furnace on 12/18/14. He started so fast that within less than 5 minutes he found a big problem from the 6/09 installation. He saved my furnace. He fixed everything. I was his last call and he stayed until it was finished. On a scale of 1-10, Courtney is a 13. He is the Best Tech I have ever had at my house. I have never seen anyone diagnose such a big problem in less than 5 minutes. I need him at my house twice a year. This guy is fantastic.
