Trent C. came today to install my new hot water heater. He talked to me at 2 am this morning because my heater was spewing water all over and I was worried that it would happen again soon. He was very concerned and helped to allay my fears and told me how to help prevent an overnight occurance. He promised to tell the office first thing in the morning and set an appointment as soon as possible. I got a call this morning at 8 am and an appointment was set up for this afternoon. I then got a call at 10 am asking if they could come EARLY. Awesome! The work was done by 1 pm and I can breathe easier. He replaced the heater, did lots of upgrades (earthquake straps, new gas lines, etc) and put in a pressure regulator. It looks great and he was extremely personable. Thank you guys.
