My estimator was Dan (sorry I don't know his last name) and he utilized both phone and text to communicate effectively with me what my options were for replacing my water heater and what the costs would be for the various options. He responded to texts from me in real time without delay and allowed me to make my decision very quickly. He was available even in the evening when I was more available which I truly appreciate.\r

My installer was Sam Reese. He was fantastic and I gave him the top score on his ""Wow"" report. I felt very comfortable having him in my home. Sam found that the water heater he had brought out to our house had some damage to it and took it upon himself to get a different unit. He was back at our house within an hour with a new unit and he worked tirelessly until the unit was installed and functioning properly. He hauled our old unit out of our basement and through a very challenging back yard exit by himself even when I asked him if he needed some help. Sam did a fantastic job and represented Superior at the highest possible level. \r

My experience has been outstanding and Superior has earned my business for the future. We are likely going to be replacing our furnace in the next 1-3 years and Superior will be the first call I make. \r
