Outstanding service by your technician James Oscar!!! 10/19/2012

This was a tune up service but it just happened that there was also an additional technical issue. James Oscar, service technician, was very knowledgeable and solved the issue with very good explanation. Also, he did a very good job with tune up (not in huarry but taking the appropriate time to do a quality work). In future, I am going to request James for any issues with my HVAC!! more

Our annual heating tune-up was more extensive than provided by previous contractors 10/12/2012

Have called Southport a half dozen times - always happy! 9/18/2012

This time they just came for a routine check of the HVAC and plumbing and they were courteous, professional, and gave me a bunch of advice on how I would benefit from other things. They were not pushy or selling, but they were clear about what would help and left it up to me to do research. I always appreciate that. Also - one of the air conditioner pipes needed caulking and I mentioned this - they went ahead and caulked it when they found that I was going to. I always feel that the service is above and beyond. more

We just had our AC tuned up. Joseph was very professional and explained everything he was doing. 6/21/2012

We had an issue with our furnace last December. We were very happy with the service Southport provided. We purchased a maintenance agreement at that time. Joseph Chart was the tech that came out to do our AC tune up this week. He was very knowledgeable and thorough. We are extremely happy with our decision to go with SouthPort Heating, Plumbing and Geothermal! more

Satisfied and a Returning Customer for Sure. 6/15/2012

Last fall was the first time we had Southport Heating service our furnace for the winter. We were very satisfied and pleased with the service man. Today Joe serviced our air conditioner and once again a service man that was very professional and explained all that he did. Southport Heating will be who we call for servicing our furnace and air conditioner. more
