Colin burns was great. He was on time very polite,took nothing for granted.He also took the time to explain everything to me and answered all my questions.I feel like he went way above and beyond his job duty.Because of this we will stay with southport for all of our future jobs.It is not easy to find a company that has employees that truly feel your concern, and he was there so FAST too! more

Drain Clean Out 3/5/2013

Sump Pump Replacement by Colin B 2/19/2013

Back on 1-24-13 Colin replaced a sump pump for us. He was so professional and helpful. I will refer many to Southport for all future needs because of his great service. He took the time to explain the replacement process plus added value by talking to us about the maintenance agreement offered by Southport. I was truely impressed. THANKS more

Hot Water Heater Replacment 2/6/2013

Michal Feely replaced our old hot water heater and boy, what a difference. We actually get hot water in a hurry and it lasts a lot longer than our old unit. Michael was great; very professional, very knowledgeable and friendly. We only use Southport Heating & Cooling for our ac/, heat and plumbing needs. You won't be sorry. Thanks. more

When I needed to replace my 20+ year old system, I contacted Southport and made an appointment for an evaluation. Josh came over promptly at the time we decided upon, and offered me a range of solutions. I picked the one I wanted, and the installation went very smoothly. I highly recommend Southport Heating for any heating-A/C needs. more

Mike was very personable and I was able to discuss our plumbing problem with him with ease and success. He was very thorough and competent, cleaned up, and other than needing to pay for a plumbing bill it was a great experience. I know my wife will be happy to have a functioning kitchen sink again! more

This company is great. First plumbers I have had at this house that cleaned up after themselves. After discovering a crack in a radiator and 2 other contractors failing to show up to even look, these guys were here the next day. Both were running all of 5 minutes late and they called to let me know. Very personable and know their stuff. I felt bad that they got to me after I had almost 2 weeks to google boilers and radiators so they got stuck with many questions from me. They didn't seem to mind all my questions though. I like that. Definitely will recommend this company to anyone I hear is needing a plumber or heating contractor. Plus they let me "help". ;) more

I recently had a new humidifier installed. The man who installed it, Colin, did an excellent job. He was friendly, courteous, and worked in an efficient manner. I have had many dealings with Southport, as they do my yearly furnace/air conditioner checks, and have never been disappointed. The entire staff is fantastic. more
