The furnace works a lot better than our old one. We haven't had a chance to try the central air unit yet. The weather has been too cold to use it yet. Southport did a quick and efficient job of insalling everything. And Josh (Comfort Adviser) did a fine job of helping us through the process. more

We had a difficult and unusual cooling problem...no duct work in our home. Scott from Southport did a great job insalling a SLIM system. He was professional, courteous and very neat. We were very impressed with Scott and Southport. more

We had the most courteous and knowledgeable installers in Colin and Jose. They explained all of our questions. They were very friendly and personable. The furnace is great too. It heats quickly and extremely quiet. We haven't had the air conditioning on yet, but when it was getting checked out, it also ran quietly and seemed to cool things down very efficiently. more

Thank you so much for installing a new furnace and air conditioner unit for me. I was very impressed with the way your company operates from the initial estimate to the installation. I received a timely estimate and within the week I had an installation scheduled. Your sales rep even showed up on the day of the installation to make sure everything was going smooth. The installers were extremely considerate of my home when installing the furnace and air conditioner. They put down drop clothes and even cleaned up the floor for me. I'm very impressed and would highly recommend Southport! more

Plumber becomes garden angel! 5/2/2013

A water pipe to an outdoor faucet was discovered to have a leak when we turned it on for the summer, just after we purchased a lot of thirsty plants. Mike saved the day and the plants, by getting here quickly and fixing it. Thanks! more

Great Service, fast and friendly 5/1/2013

Our sump pump went out during the "torrential" rains in April. The plumber, Scott, on-call came immediately and was fast and thorough. Good thing too, otherwise our basement would have had 10 inches of water instead of 2-3 inches. more

water heater replacement 4/26/2013

Our new water heater was still under warranty when a key part failed. Our Southport technician quickly identified the problem and worked with the manufacturer to secure a full replacement for our appliance. He picked up the replacement and installed it the same afternoon. Excellent job. more

Paul was on time - maybe even a little early! - and was very professional. He explained everything thoroughly and was very polite. He carefully explained our options which helped us make an informed decision. We had a problem with another heating company which I explained. Paul never said a word against the other company which just showed me how professional he is. I would not hesitate to call Southport again. more

Reliable 3/29/2013

Southport Heating installed our new furnace. Once installed, the furnace made a noise when it was shutting off, so they returned to take a look at that. They finally got it fixed yesterday and the noise is no longer there. On the whole, they seem to be very reliable and do good work. If you have an issue, they go out of their way to fix it and satisfy the customer. more
