Service Legends Heating & Cooling were complete professionals. They arrived on time and were friendly and pleasant to be around. Everything seems to be working just fine so far, so I say that the results have been good. I'd recommend them to other customers. more

I definitely would recommend Service Legends. I was very happy with these guys. They were very prompt, and very courteous. When they got here, they got down to business and did what we needed done. They took care of us. They're reliable. The experiences I've had in the past with them maintaining my furnace and air conditioner have been the same each time. They show up on time, called ahead of time to let me know of schedule changes, and they're very courteous. They're a top-notch group! more

The person that came out from Service Legends Heating & Cooling was very good. I needed maintenance on my furnace, and I had never had anything done about it before, and it's nine years old. He was very personable, took pictures, and showed me that my furnace was really dirty. He cleaned it the best he could, but he said we would need to do a follow-up to have in cleaned out. My furnace had sucked in a lot of the construction dust that was created when it was re-fabricated, and it was in need of serious attention. more

Dominic came out last week to do a cleaning on my furnace. A couple days after I moved into my house 5 yrs ago my furnace went out and I had a company come out and install a new one. I didn't realize that the furnace really needed cleaning as it was still semi-new. So I went ahead and scheduled an appointment, and well he sold me. He was very nice, he explained things to me when I wasn't sure, helped me figure out what filters I should be using and stuff. My kids were home from school that day from the snow and when he was using the camera looking at things he let the kids watch and showed them what he was looking at, and I really thought that was neat. He could of just brushed them off but if they had a question he answered them. I mentioned that my daughters room has always been a bit chillier than all of the other rooms. He said he could take a look and even went down to my crawl space to see if could see anything. When he came back up he mentioned how the duct work did have a lot of ups and downs and took a longer path to get back to her room as it's the furthest away from the furnace. He mentioned he could set up a time for someone to take a look at it to see what you guys might be able to do for me. He also noticed a couple things on my furnace that weren't up to code and he put some foam tape around one so it wouldn't cause a leak/explosion before I could get it fixed. He also made some suggestions on raising my furnace to get to the filter easier and said when the person comes out for the duct work that they could also look at this also. So I thought that was very nice, especially since he called to make the appt. before he even left. I was really impressed by Dominic, I can honestly say I don't give compliments often, especially when someone is doing there job, but I have to say you have a great person working for you and has secured me as a customer. :) Thank you again! more

We had an odd water leak in our laundry room that we could not figure out. Water seemed to be coming from the furnace, which did not make sense, so we called the number on the side of the furnace, and we were directed to Service Legends. We got someone to come out that Saturday night and take a look. It turns out the humidifier was draining into a hose which was backed up, so water was overflowing. So, the technician did an inspection of the furnace. He ran a camera through all the nooks and crannies and noticed that we had deep cracks in the heat exchange. He very apologetically informed us that he had to turn the furnace off, and he advised us where to get space heaters and what our options were. I called the main office to make arrangements and the person I spoke with actually rearranged his schedule to meet us Sunday morning. He was very helpful and he explained everything to us. He definitely had a professional business manner and he was very knowledgeable. We were ultimately able to schedule something for the very next day. The two technicians came out and looked things over. There were a couple of times when they seemed unsure or had questions, but they made judgement calls rather than skimping on the work. They took time to get the job done right and make sure everything worked. I ended up not doing all of the ductwork at that time, but the new furnace heats the house much better and the installation looks great. They then came back and gave us a plan for moving forward. Service Legends Heating & Cooling did a good job and I feel like they took care of us. They were clear and upfront throughout the process, and they got everything done in a timely manner. And, the quality was very good. I have nothing bad to say about them. more

I called Service Legends Heating & Cooling to come and clean my old furnace, so theY came and cleaned it. The young man talked to me and told me that my furnace wasn't the best, and asked if I wanted someone from Service Legends to come and talk to me about it. A fellow came out, talked to me about getting a new furnace, and I decided to do it. I knew that I needed a new one, so I went ahead and did it. We set a date, and a couple of young fellows came out and cleaned all the ducts with a little vacuum. They did their job. The next day two of them came and put the furnace in. They were very nice. They did their job and cleaned up in the garage after they were done. It looked good, and they didn't leave any trash. I am very happy with them, and everything is working fine. There was one problem with my rebate paperwork; I sent it back to them, but they never got it. Finally I called them, and they resent it. I sent it off again, but I haven't heard anything yet, so I don't know what happened. Other than that everything has been great, and that one thing with the rebate could just be a mail slip up. more

I heard about Service Legends Heating & Cooling from radio ads and had had them come out once in the past to do a job. This last time I used them, they installed a new furnace and did a very good job. They are very capable, professional people, and there was a lot of teamwork. They did a tremendous job. I talked to a lot of different people at the company from reception to sales to the installers. They all were easy to talk to and work with. When I had a question on the billing, someone quickly got back to me and corrected it. I had a very good experience with Service Legends. more

Service Legends Heating & Cooling is the most courteous and customer-service oriented company I have dealt with in a long time. It has made a world of difference for me. Anybody that needs a heating and cooling company, or isn't happy with theirs, I tell them to go to Service Legends. I have been using them for about 4 years now, and I love dealing with them. They are courteous and, of course, knowledgeable. I have complete faith in what they do. They are not trying to sell me something I don't need or isn't necessary. They let me make the discussion without being pushy, and I appreciate that a lot. Service Legends does my yearly maintenance. I just had a heating element go out, and another company said that I needed a whole new unit for $7,000. I called Chris, at Service Legends, and he said they could handle it. They fixed the part for $400 instead. They have also worked on the humidifier on my furnace, I hadn't used it for years, and they got it up and running. I couldn't be happier. It is always a delight to deal with them, and they are so easy to deal with. They want to do what works and what is best for you. I think that this is important these days, and it is rare. It was very pleasant dealing with Service Legends Heating & Cooling. The service technician first came out last fall to service my furnace, and then there were a couple other little things it needed. It got to the point where they told me, but not to pressure me, that I might want to replace my 20 year old furnace. My son-in-law and daughter had been in the heating and cooling industry but had moved on to other jobs for the last 10 years. I had them informed about what was happening, and my son-in-law came to meet Service Legends when they came out to do the final workup of what we needed. It was most pleasant. He asked them a lot of questions and got verifications that I might now have known to ask about. They were highly recommended as a reputable company. My furnace had been serviced regularly and well cared for, so it was a little bit of a shock to replace it, but I think we did the right thing for my future. I could have worked with them to repair it, but with their counseling and my children's advice, I decided it was the way to go. I was so happy with Service Legend's service prior to this and happy with the installation. They couldn't have been more energetic or more clean. They put everything back the way it was, and my carpeted stairs were all covered. Even though I told them they didn't need to keep putting on booties over their shoes, they were insistent that it was part of their job. Going up and down those stairs must have been exhausting. It took 5 hours, and that was the time estimated. The unit is functioning wonderfully. I used to have an old thermostat, so the biggest prize is the new thermostat they installed. I love the program, and it looks wonderful in my living room. I would give them a 10 for everything; 5 just isn't enough. That is how pleased I am. They are a great firm to work with. They are very trustworthy and were on time. I was very impressed with my first technician. He was a good listener and was very compassionate about my situation. He wanted to make sure we were doing the right thing and spending the right amount of money. more

Service Legends Heating & Cooling could not have been quicker, cleaner, or more professional. Their service was superb and the servicemen left everything spotless. We had initially called them because of an offer they had for a furnace check-up. One man came and checked out our furnace and said he would send the supervisor over to talk about the work that needed to be done. The supervisor came over and said that the furnace may last another 2 years but that it was not likely, so we decided to go ahead and get a new one. We also had them replace the water heater and dust out the ducts. Everything went perfectly. Our furnace is set at 75 degrees now and it is working well. Service Legends took the time to explain why they were there, what had happened, and what needed to be done. They were always polite. Service Legends Heating & Cooling is fantastic. Of course they are in heating and cooling, and when there is a problem with my unit and I am upset, they are very calming. The person on the phone is very friendly and listens to your complaint. They call back when they say they will, and they do what they say. Their work is fantastic. All of their technicians are not only well trained, they are also very personable. They know what they are doing, and they are nice about it. They respect your home. There are follow up calls from the office and follow up thank you notes. There are a lot of things they do that you wouldn't expect from your furnace guy. They put in my system 18 months ago. They gave me what I needed for the cold and then recommended a full system install in the spring when I wouldn't need the heat. They call me and send me email reminders to change the filters. Of all the service people I have worked with, including automotive and heating and cooling, Service Legends doesn't have the frustrations experienced from everyone else. Everything from top to bottom is exactly how I want it. They even vacuumed the floor when they were done. The house was in better shape than when I got there. more

They replaced my whole system and went above and beyond in service, answering any questions I had and finding the right system for my home. Service Legends Heating & Cooling was great. Chris, the technician who came out, explained the outside central air unit to me. I had no idea how it worked, and he explained things to me. He then came inside and to look at the furnace and he showed me the igniter, He again explained how the system works and gave me a sense for the kind of preventative maintenance it required. He was very helpful. I was also thinking about getting the ducts cleaned, so he took a look. After inspecting the ducts, he told me that I did not need to have them cleaned just yet. That would have been a very expensive job, but he said it was not a problem. It is nice to know they are not just trying to get more business, they are looking out for what I really need. The service person was right on time. He was thorough and professional and helped to identify my A/C problem. He gave me options for repair, and we went with the more affordable and cautiously optimistic repair. He explained the optional service agreement plans in a conversational matter. I learned more about them without feeling uncomfortable pressure to buy.... but he gave me enough information that I am comfortable with buying one, knowing I will get exemplary service whenever I need it.
