I called Service Legends Heating & Cooling to come and clean my old furnace, so theY came and cleaned it. The young man talked to me and told me that my furnace wasn't the best, and asked if I wanted someone from Service Legends to come and talk to me about it.
A fellow came out, talked to me about getting a new furnace, and I decided to do it. I knew that I needed a new one, so I went ahead and did it. We set a date, and a couple of young fellows came out and cleaned all the ducts with a little vacuum. They did their job. The next day two of them came and put the furnace in. They were very nice. They did their job and cleaned up in the garage after they were done. It looked good, and they didn't leave any trash.
I am very happy with them, and everything is working fine. There was one problem with my rebate paperwork; I sent it back to them, but they never got it. Finally I called them, and they resent it. I sent it off again, but I haven't heard anything yet, so I don't know what happened. Other than that everything has been great, and that one thing with the rebate could just be a mail slip up.
