Good overall experience. 2/14/2012

We called a few places after we found out that we had a cracked heat exchanger. Service Legends Heating & Cooling came by and made sure they were here while we were home. They provided us with information to make an educated educated decision about what to do, and when we decided to have them do our service. Three gentlemen came out and worked on the furnace. They asked us questions about our needs and we asked them questions about their work. It was a good overall experience. more

They have always been very professional, and they have always taken care of all my needs, never making me feel like less than I deserve. Last year Joe was sent over to repair our furnace. he was able to translate my thingy and dealy-bob into technical terms and likewise explain what that chingaderra does. Joe was great to work WITH and I appreciate that. more

We were a new customer with Service Legends Heating & Cooling, and we will definitely use them again. We used a different heating and cooling company before them and were not happy with that experience. They were friendly and educated us on what they were doing and why. That was nice. more

Has a very high-quality product 1/11/2012

We got off to a bad start to begin with. Service Legends Heating & Cooling delivered the furnace but they brought the wrong one, which delayed the installation for another day. This was during the snowstorm. Unfortunately those things happen, I know that. It's just something I don't think should happen. Especially since I was an employee at the time. I work for them, I believed in their product, and it would have been hard for me not to take advantage of the discounts offered to me. My old furnace was definitely in need of being replaced. Service Legends Heating & Cooling has a very high-quality product at a good price. Their follow-up is excellent. more

The people at Service Legends Heating & Cooling were very helpful in finding something that would be the right fit for our house but also very helpful in finding something we could afford as well. They were very friendly, even the service people that came to install the unit. All of them were very nice and I felt comfortable with them being in my home. Especially as a women being home alone, I didn't feel threatened. Potential customers definitely need to go with Service Legends Heating & Cooling. Besides installing the new heater, we've been using them for a couple years now. They looked at my AC and heater before they turned on. I feel confident they know what they're doing. Very courteous. 12/15/2011

The people from Service Legends were very courteous. They showed their I.D.s, they wore shoe covers when they were in the house, and it doesn't matter what is going on, they always put them on, even if I say they don't need to. They come when they say they are going to come, they do the job they're there to do, and I feel like they're honest with me too. M. Murphy more

Great 11/17/2011

When I purchased my new home, which is actually 20 years old. I wanted to have the furnace inspected a few months after I moved in. I wanted to make sure everything was running as it was supposed to. I heard about Service LEgends from a friend and so when I called them they said they would inspect my furnace for $59. I thought it was a fair price so I scheduled my appointment. They did have to call to reschedule, but they were able to call me a few days before the appointment so I was fine with that. They inspected the furnace really quickly, and said everything was fine and went on their way. I really like that they did not try to sell me on fixing something that did not need to be fixed. more

I was very happy with the technician from Service Legends. He was very nice, very personable, clean, and very good. I already have recommended them, and I am more than likely to do so again. I was just very pleased. I haven't had that good of luck with any other people I've had out. I was pleased all around. They were recommended to me, and I'm glad I listened. more

Great tune-up for my furnace! I found this place online, and actually requested service for my furnace online. I input my information and they got back to me reasonably quickly. They came to my house to work on my furnace and did more than a great job. Very friendly technician, and the work was of high quality. I am happy that I chose to go with Service Legends before the coldest time of winter arrives. more

Didn't qualify for financing 10/28/2011

The people at Service Legends Heating & Cooling came on time and were very courteous. It was just bad news hearing we didn't qualify for financing for our furnace job. It's not a bad thing, but we're a family of eight. We didn't meet certain requirements, which meant we didn't get qualified. Service Legends is a good company. We saw them on TV and we decided to contact them. If you've got the money to go to Service Legends, they're really good. more

The young man named Adam from Service Legends Heating & Cooling seemed very professional and very thorough. He fulfilled some things as far as service that a lot of people don't do. I was very impressed with his professionalism. Service Legends Heating & Cooling did a tune-up and inspection for my furnace. I found out about Service Legends through an ad which sends out daily opportunities to shop. I'd recommend Service Legends Heating & Cooling! more

Expected so much more, really 10/6/2011

I was disappointed in the service experience that I had. Our service technician was nice and seemed knowledgeable, but the problem I had was the four level pricing. It doesn't seem right that you could have more than one level of service. For example, if you need this much work done it is this much $ but if you need even more work done then it is the first level PLUS the 2nd level. We needed a part. I would have preferred to know what the price/installation of part was because I cannot believe the part was addtl $759 ( 3rd level)after I was already paying $ 459.00 (the 2nd level) for other work. I prefer an itemzied bill and not just 4 different pricing options. I will NEVER recommend them to anyone. more

Excellent so far! 9/16/2011

I would give Service Legends Heating & Cooling a 5 for what they did so far. They put in a new furnace and a new air conditioner in, combining the whole thing together into one job, and it looks like it was all put in at one time. It's working good too! The old air conditioner was just about to quite and it would have cost a fortune to get it fixed, both in terms of repair costs and how inefficient it was compared to newer units. We ended up putting in a new furnace to match, so they both could run at 95 percent efficiency, rather than whatever a 30 year old air conditioner and a 75 year old furnace would run at. more
