Service Legends Heating & Cooling is the most courteous and customer-service oriented company I have dealt with in a long time. It has made a world of difference for me. Anybody that needs a heating and cooling company, or isn't happy with theirs, I tell them to go to Service Legends.
I have been using them for about 4 years now, and I love dealing with them. They are courteous and, of course, knowledgeable. I have complete faith in what they do. They are not trying to sell me something I don't need or isn't necessary. They let me make the discussion without being pushy, and I appreciate that a lot.
Service Legends does my yearly maintenance. I just had a heating element go out, and another company said that I needed a whole new unit for $7,000. I called Chris, at Service Legends, and he said they could handle it. They fixed the part for $400 instead. They have also worked on the humidifier on my furnace, I hadn't used it for years, and they got it up and running. I couldn't be happier.
It is always a delight to deal with them, and they are so easy to deal with. They want to do what works and what is best for you. I think that this is important these days, and it is rare. It puts me in mind of how we did things when I was in the working world.
