Service Legends Heating & Cooling is fantastic. Of course they are in heating and cooling, and when there is a problem with my unit and I am upset, they are very calming. The person on the phone is very friendly and listens to your complaint. They call back when they say they will, and they do what they say.
Their work is fantastic. All of their technicians are not only well trained, they are also very personable. They know what they are doing, and they are nice about it. They respect your home. There are follow up calls from the office and follow up thank you notes. There are a lot of things they do that you wouldn't expect from your furnace guy.
They put in my system 18 months ago. They gave me what I needed for the cold and then recommended a full system install in the spring when I wouldn't need the heat. They call me and send me email reminders to change the filters.
Of all the service people I have worked with, including automotive and heating and cooling, Service Legends doesn't have the frustrations experienced from everyone else. Everything from top to bottom is exactly how I want it. They even vacuumed the floor when they were done. The house was in better shape than when I got there.
