Dear R&R Management,
I contacted R&R by email for service call on my air-conditioning last week and felt it necessary to email you to give a compliment to all involved with my situation. First, I received a call from a service technician named Steve about half hour after I sent the email request for service on line. It was approximately 10:30 at night when I began communication with Steve. He went beyond the call to ensure that he contact other technicians in the area because he was very busy that night and could not get to my house in Medical Lake until after midnight. He contacted another technician by the name of Davin, who contacted me within five minutes of Steve contacting him. Davin arrived at my house in Medical Lake at approximately 11 pm. He troubleshot the problem and determined that the condensation pump was not functioning and replaced it. Davin asked if I would like for him to relocate the pump, because he felt it was not in a very good spot originally. I told him that I just wanted it to work, and did not really care where it was located. He made the decision to stay and relocate the pump because he felt that it must be done right and should another technician work on it they would have a much easier time should the pump be moved into the proper location. I believe that Davin had already worked a full shift and more because his co-workers were swamped and it was important to him to help his team members. I cant express how thankful we were to receive such unreal service within two hours of the unit going down. I have young kids and my house quickly was approaching 90 degrees which would have been a challenging night for them to sleep in the heat.
On the next morning, I received another call from R&R main office making sure that the problem was taken care of and that we were satisfied with the service that we received. I think both Steve and Davin demonstrated a great teamwork and represented R&R Heating with a high level of professionalism and expertise. I will recommend R&R Heating to anybody that has heating or air-conditioning needs. These are exactly the type of people that will keep customers like myself from ever using another company than R&R. Thank you Davin, thank you Steve, and thank you R&R for being a top notch company that is focused on customer service and first class craftsmanship. Things that may seem small to some of your workers, like customer service, professionalism, and craftsmanship will separate you from the competition. Thank you very much!
