Supposedly I was to receive a discount for scheduling my appointment online. I did not receive one. Perhaps because after scheduling online and hearing nothing I had to call them to get a response. The technician who came out had no interest in the actual problem with my furnace. He just cleaned it and handed me a bill. It had another company out to fix the problem the next week. R&R was a big waste of time and money. RESPONSE FROM R&R Heating & Air Conditioning: Hi Matt, we appreciate you taking the time to give us honest feedback sorry to hear you had a bad experience. I realize you did get another company out there to fix the problem so maybe too late, but we certainly want to make it right with you. Our goal is for every customer to have a great experience and obviously in your case that did not happen, so we apologize for that.
Sounds like you attempted to schedule online and it didnt go thru, and you didnt get a response so had to call back. I apologize for that. In the last few weeks we made some improvements to our website including the form page to schedule service online, so hopefully that will now function perfectly. Again, please let us know if theres anything we can do to make it right for you, your business is important to us and we value you as a customer. more
