Very reassuring! 12/13/2011

I have a heat and glow gas fireplace. I couldn't get it on and I was worried there would be gas smell. The person at R&R Heating & Air Conditioning said it would be fine and that he would shut it off when he came. He came right on time the next day, and was very pleasant. He reset the system and was very reassuring. Definitely try R&R Heating & Air Conditioning! They're very reliable, come in their uniforms, and wear booties when coming into the house. Excellent heating/cooling system 11/30/2011

After going through the phone book to find a company to install a water source heat pump, we found R&R. They were the only ones in the area that had the expertise to install the system in a 500 foot deep well. It was installed in my new lake cabin after a fire destroyed the old family cabin. The system is a forced air "Water Furnace" that takes water from my well, extracts the heat from the water, and blows warm air throughout our house. The system then pumps the water aback to the well to be used again as a heat source after it has absorbed the natural heat from the surrounding ground. We either heat or cool all year, and our electric bill from Inland Power & Light is exceptionally low. The effeciency of the system is outstanding. We do not produce heat as from gas, oil, wood or electricity. We extract it from the ground surrounding us all. I could not be happier with a company and a heating/cooling system. Good and quick service 11/20/2011

My wife and I decided to have our furnace checked since the last time it had been checked was in 1997(according to the maintanace sticker, we've only owned the house for two years). The technician that came out said there was a crack in the heat exchanger and a new furnace was about the same price as the repair.He showed my wife the crack but she couldn't see much and I wasn't going to replace the furnace without seeing the issue so the technician came back to our house and took a picture so when I got home I could see it. We weren't particularly happy about spending the money but R&R's price was competitive, the installation of the high efficeincy furnace looked clean, and it easily passed inpsection. I see no reason why based off our first experience with the company we wouldn't do business with them again. I've used R&R Heating & Air Conditioning for a couple of years. The most recent experience I've had with them was after they serviced our furnace and our air conditioning system a year ago. We had a problem not too long after the furnace was serviced. It failed to start one morning, so we called them at about 6 o'clock and the service guy was out here before 8:00. Hi fixed things promptly, and it was great. We are totally satisfied with R and R Heating and Air conditioning.From the initial call and greeting and the prompt response by an estimator to the time of arrival at our home to conduct the estimate, everything was professionally handled. Care was always given to our home and carpeting. Install messes were cleaned. The job was completed in less time than was estimated. The crew hardly took any breaks except a short period at lunch! Follow-up with us has been superb.Every aspect has been handled professionally and competently to include equipment explanation and function. Would heartily recommend you to others. Very easy to work with! 10/31/2011

We've been using R&R Heating & Air Conditioning for a few years. Most recently, it was when I called them looking for a filter pad for the humidifier. They had one in stock and told me to come out and pick it up whenever I could. They've always done a good job , have been professional and tried to save us money where they could. AWFUL 24 HR SERVICE! 10/30/2011

We called about a week ago to fix the heat and a guy came and said the problem was fixed. The HEAT IS NOT FIXED and it is 50 degrees in my house! I have called the 24-hour line 3 TIMES in the past 2 HOURS!!!!! They keep reassuring me that they have "paged the guy" and that he will call me in "15 minutes or so." I don't care if he can't get to the house right away, I just want a call. The only reason why I haven't searched for another company is because I WANT THEM TO FIX THE PROBLEM THEY DIDN'T FIX THE FIRST TIME!!! AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE! As we mentioned to you on the phone, for whatever reason our tech was not able to reach you and ultimately as a company we let you down. It was an isolated, rare incident but still it should not ever happen. Normally our 24-hour emergency service is seamless and the lines of communication are solid between our 24-hr dispatch, on-call technicians, and customers. However in your case something went wrong, and we take complete responsibility for it.
We genuinely feel bad about your experience and hope there is some way we can make it up to you and regain your trust. We've taken action internally here to improve our procedures so that this situation will not be repeated in the future. Please accept our heartfelt apologies and let us know if there's anything more we can do for you to make it up to you. more
