We have been dealing with R&R for over a month now trying to get our A/C unit fixed. They of course have been paid in full but our A/C is still not working.... Can't get timely call backs or appointments. Their "on call" service tech option is a joke as they don't call you back. We have had the tech out multiple times now, and it's still not working correctly. On his last visit when he replaced the parts and "fixed" the issue he didn't bother to check the coolant levels which is standard procedure in diagnosing an A/C issue. He left on a Friday and a few hours later we realized it STILL wasn't fixed. We had to wait the weekend because the on call tech wouldn't call us back. When Steve the tech did come back out, he continually tried to act like the issue was user error on the thermometer. We assured him it was not. After deciding to check the unit, he informed us there was no coolant in it and he had forgot to fill it on his last trip..... The A/C worked for 2 weeks now is not working again. SOOOO much time and money spent on this company, including the over 4 times we had to make sure we were home for the service tech. Very very disappointing I'm hoping someone will step up and resolve this issue for us, now that summer is almost over and they have been PAID.

On several occasions, when we showed up for appointments at your residence, there was nobody home. We made numerous attempts to call but no answer or return call. Because you are a tenant and not the owner of the building, we also reached out to the landlord who was very accommodating and responsive. Our technicians are experts at what they do, extremely experienced, and only have your best interests in mind when servicing your equipment. We stand behind our work 100 and will always make sure you are well taken care of. Our attempts to follow up with you have gone unresponded to, until this negative review, so we are at a loss what more we can do for you until communication resumes.
Please know that we value you as a customer and are always willing to go the extra mile for you to ensure you are comfortable and satisfied.
