In our business we usually need "after hours" service. We are not unwilling to pay extra for this service. R & R does not have a good method of scheduling this "after hours" service. I was told I needed to call after hours to schedule after hours service. Stupid! R & R should reevaluate after hours scheduling. If I call in the morning to schedule service after patients leave our Dental Practice about 5:00 pm I shouldn't be told I need to call back in the evening to make such an appointment.

We completely understand your frustration about the scheduling, and you're right, you shouldn't have to call back later for after hours service. Your situation was unique and we just needed to verify internally the best way to take care of you, which to my understanding we were able to do that evening as requested. We apologize if the scheduling was not as smooth as it could have been.
As you can imagine, the after-hours calls requests we receive are typically for emergency service (as opposed to routine scheduled maintenance) and they are handled a bit differently in scheduling. So we hope you understand our initial response. However we do have a few long time commercial customers that request after hours service in advance and we're happy to do that for them, as we are for you. We adapt to the needs of our customers and now that we've established a relationship with you we'll be better prepared for your next call!
