Alex was super knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Great guy, amazing company. I wouldn't suggest anyone else. In fact there is a separate R&R crew in my house installing a gas line for my range as I type this and they are also great guys. Nice to feel comfortable with workers in your house. Thanks R&R! Totally happy 12/3/2013

R&R Heating came in and installed a new furnace for me. I also used them for service twice because of the quality of their service and the friendliness of their staff. I had gone and got five different estimates for installing a furnace and their technician who came to evaluate my furnace explained everything very well to me. He didn't try to oversell me things I didn't need. When the techs came back out to do the installation, they were easy to work with and explained everything they were doing. I can't say enough about them. One time, I called for service and instead of having to come out, we took care of it over the phone. RESPONSE FROM R&R Heating & Air Conditioning: Thanks so much! Very friendly from the phone to the repair 11/14/2013

Very good experience from the people who returned my call after I placed an appointment online to when Steve the technician came out and quickly fixed the problem with our gas heater. He and the people on the phone were very friendly, and Steve explained to me what he did to fix the problem and even how the heater worked. We have had past experience with R & R and would recommend them to anyone. Two thumbs up..... or five stars.... or.... whatever. Thanks. Great Service! 11/5/2013

I'm always a little skeptical when it comes to asking for service from a company I don't know. But I saw the reviews and decided to give it a shot. The technician was professional and knowledgeable. I had to have our furnace and A/C serviced for a home inspection (we are selling.) At first he didn't know that and was asking why I was having the A/C inspecting. He eluded to not really needing it done, since we were rolling into October. I appreciated him trying to save me some money and told him why we were getting it done. We needed a part for our furnace and there was no high pressure. He recommended it and I asked him if I "really" needed to replace it. He said yes and by this time I trusted his advice. We also have a very old humidifier and not being familiar with our old relic he phoned another technician to validate what he should do. I appreciated that he didn't just try to BS his way through it. R&R will now be our "go-to" furnace and A/C peeps! Nice to find a local company we can trust. more

Prompt, polite and good work 10/15/2013

We scheduled our appointment and asked for a call half hour before arrival. We received the call and Alex was at our door 30 minutes later. He was polite, efficient and answered all of my questions. We had not had our furnace serviced in several years and had anticipated repairs/replacements/updates. Alex stated that our furnace was in good shape and we were not charged for unnecessary work. We will call R&R for our next servicing and I would recommend them. more

Problem fixed, very satisfied 10/14/2013

Eric came to my house on 10/14/13. He was extremely professional, fixed the problem I had and pointed out some potential fixes to prevent problems down the road. He was also very knowledgable and helpful in explaining everything he had done and what I should look for in the future. Of all the service professionals who have come to my house, he was by far the best. Thank you! more

They did what I expected them to do. 10/10/2013

It's been a couple of years since I've been using R&R's services. I don't remember all of it, but they most recently serviced the furnace and cleaned the ducts. The workers are friendly enough and cooperative.They kept to their schedule and were on time. As far as I'm concerned, it was well done. more

I sensed a little dishonesty, but otherwise it was fine. 9/24/2013

R&R Heating & Air Conditioning came to fix my furnace, which has never had any problems until the day before the guy came out. He fixed it fine, but I didn't like that the price of the equipment he was selling me went from around $125 to $179 somehow. I thought that was quite high. He was selling me some type of device because he said my furnace was going to keep going on and off. Now, I've never had an issue with it before, so I didn't like that part. As long as they're honest, I'll stay with them. Otherwise, I will take my business somewhere else. SERVICE MAN ALEX WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL, MADE SUGGESTIONS FOR REPLACEMENT PARTS THAT WERE NEEDED AND COMPLETED THE SERVICE OF MY HEATING SYSTEM. HE WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND IN PROVIDING NEEDED SERVICES THAT ARE NOT IN HIS JOB DISCRIPTION AS MY LITTLE CAT HAD CRAWLED IN BEHIND THE HEATER AND DIED AND I COULDN'T GET HIM OUT AND ALEX WAS ABLE TO REMOVE HIM AS GENTLY AS POSSIBLE WITH RESPECT AND KINDNESS. more

Air conditioning repairs 9/5/2013

On September 4th our air conditioning stopped working. I sent an email requesting an appointment that evening. We received a phone call at 7:45 on the morning of the 5th, and we made an appointment for later that same day. Their technician, Josh, showed up at our home, and within 10-15 minutes, he had our problem diagnosed and fixed. He then took time to discuss the proper operation of our system and double checking its performance. He was very capable and professional. I feel the charges were reasonable and we were very relieved that he was able to make the repairs quickly. I will not hesitate to call R & R if we need any heating or air conditioning repairs and I will recommend to my friends. Thank you! Call These Guys! 9/1/2013

I have an older central air unit that was not cooling the house well. I believe it was a tech named Steve that came out, and he was so professional and courteous. I didn't feel any less important just because I wasn't wanting to put much money into this service call. After checking over my system, Steve gave me his professional assessment of my situation. I talked with him about the fact that I have an older system that I'm just trying to "eek out" the last bit of useful life from, and that I just wanted to spend the minimum that it would take to get it to cool the house in a satisfactory way until it completely quits on me. He completely understood without making me feel sheepish. He gave me some recommendations for the future when I do need to replace my system, then proceeded to carry out my wishes. My home is nothing fancy, yet he respectfully wore booties over his shoes in order to not track anything in on my carpet when he came inside to check the temperature of the air coming out of the vents. I ended up with a bill that was much less than expected. I told him that because he wasn't pushy about trying to get me to purchase a whole new system, that I would be inclined to call R and R when I'm ready to make that purchase. Call these guys! Our air conditioner wasn't working. R&R Heating and Air Conditioning were very fast and knew right away what was wrong. They fixed it in a short period of time. It needed a part replaced. We were very happy. We would use them again. I was completely satisfied. more
