This repair cost twice what we were told it would be $600 by tech and $1200 by office staff. We will never use R & R again, and we will be cancelling our annual service agreement with your company.

John, thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts with us. You are very important to us and our goal is complete and total customer satisfaction. Thats why we were very troubled to read that you felt unsatisfied. It appears a member of our management team attempted to contact you and unfortunately hasnt received a response since your initial contact with our office staff. Its important that we are very clear in our communication about price estimates so there is no confusion later, and customers know exactly how much repairs/replacement will cost. We apologize if there was any miscommunication in your case. Although the written notes from our office staff & technician indicate an estimate of $1,039.50 plus tax was given, perhaps there is something more we could have done to be clear and avoid confusion. We truly hope you will consider sticking with us and allowing us to prove why we have one of the strongest reputations in the region. We are confident you wont find a more reputable HVAC company out there and are prepared to prove it to you. Thank you again for your business and we look forward to being there for you next time you need us.
