Due to misunderstanding/miscommunication, I previous gave RandR a poor review. After further communication RandR made every effort to correct the problem. In all honesty, we did not think that there would be any follow-up on the situation. We were prepared to to find another company, but because of the follow-up we would, again, recommend RandR to others.
We would like to extend kudos to Tim the Tech. Upon completion of the fan replacement he returned to inform us that the thermostat has batteries; we were not aware of that. Thank you for going the extra distance Tim!
