We have had a service contract with R&R for years and always valued their service. We called them yesterday with a real problem with our air conditioner and they came early this morning. Their technician, Josh, was efficient and professional, identifying a bad motor-starting capacitor in minutes. We got a discount for having a service contract so the total was very manageable.
Josh is a keeper. He is personable but did not waste his or our time by small talk, which we appreciate. Get in, be pleasant, fix it, and say goodby. That was our experience. He even put on boot covers while walking on the carpet.
This first quality service is no surprise to us. R&R has always performed well.
