Called to get an appointment and was able to come the next morning. The service technician, Steve, was very professional, explained what he did and gave tips,for maintenance. Very reasonable price. I definitely recommend this business more

Professionalism & Quality work 8/23/2013

We chose R&R Heating based on a glowing recommendation from a friend who had them install an AC unit. We were impressed immediately with the professionalism of the salesman and his knowledge of the product. Terry knew his stuff and even though R&R was not the cheapest bid we received, we were confident that we were chosing the best furnace and the best company based on his visit. We were not disaapppointed!! We are extremely satisfied. Terry even came back to make sure everything went as planned. Thanks Terry and to Rex and crew for the seemless installation!! more

Professional, great problem-solver 7/25/2013

R&R Heating and Air Conditioning is great, as soon as Josh left I called his supervisor to tell him how highly I thought of his serviceman. Josh replaced a motor in our furnace which operates the air for the AC as well. He was professional and even with a slight hiccup he had no problems calling the office and getting a solution to us quickly. more

We were pleased because they were fast, efficient, and helpful 6/11/2013

R&R Heating and Air Conditioning put in our furnace 10 years ago and just replaced it with a new one. We weren't happy that the first one failed, but that wasn't the fault of R & R. They did the job fast and they were helpful. R & R is not the cheapest, but they do a good job. more

The experience was a five 5/13/2013

Everything went well and the work was done well. I had R&R Heating & Air Conditioning install a new thermostat and there was some difficulty with the house cooling down as it should. They came back and fixed everything. They took care of the work they intended to do and made it work. Everybody that showed up was courteous, polite, clean, and respectful of my property. A very positive experience and outcome! 5/9/2013

Our 15 year old furnace and air conditioner were not working properly. After contacting R&R Heating & Air Conditioning they made a couple of house calls and explained a number of options that would work for us. Once we made our choices, the process was established and everything was done in a timely and professional (and very friendly manner). We now have a much more efficient and effective furnace and a new heat pump as well. We are totally satisfied. One small problem arose several months arose after installation and they came out immediately and solved the problem. If the need arises, we will call R&R before any other company. I'm very satisfied with them. 4/17/2013

I receive a call from R&R Heating & Air Conditioning twice a year, once in the fall and once in the spring. They remind me when it's time to service the furnace or air conditioner, depending on the time of the year. When they come for my appointment, they are on time, clean about what they do and how they go about it, and respectful of my home. I would certainly recommend them to a friend. Excellent Customer Service. 4/13/2013

R&R Heating came to our new home to service the furnace, and to do duct cleaning. We so appreciated the customer service, the fact that they put booties over their shoes to walk on our newly cleaned carpet, the thoroughness of their work, and complete explanations of their products. Previously I reviewed R&R Heating and said they had great service but failed to reimburse me. Within an hour of that review they had caught their error and contacted me explaining everything and quickly got me my reimbursement. I would like to say I strongly recommend them. Not just for that but also they are quick, on time and ultimately got the problem fixed. more
